*KICK BOXING, AND CIRCUIT TRAINING! Coach Joel Stempien has opened his NEW GYM on February 6th, 2012. "Get Some Fitness" at 31119 Greenfield Beverly Hills, Michigan. Ph (248) 496-0075.  I started training September 2010 with Kick boxing. This keeps me in-shape, year-round for the cycling season. It's been EXCELLENT for cardio, core, upper body strength, and lower body strength! (30 minutes hitting/kicking boxing bags, and 30 minutes of circuits. This gets my work day off to a SUPER start, or finishing a hectic day, in a better-way! Hope to see you at the gym sometime!
